Chocolate Eclairs Recipe
This Chocolate Eclairs Recipe is oooh-la-lovely! Made using the Easy Blooms Tip Set, these chocolate eclairs are a sweet and pretty dessert for parties, birthdays, holidays and occasions. Use your favorite vanilla pudding to fill these eclairs and top them with beautiful chocolate roses. It’s like a little taste of Paris any time of year!
Make filling. Prepare two boxes pudding mix, using 3 cups milk instead of 4. Chill until set.
Bake eclairs. Prepare éclair dough following recipe instructions. Prepare decorating bag with tip 1A and prepared dough. Pipe twelve 4 in. lines on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Bake and cool.
Fill eclairs. Prepare decorating bag with tip 230 and prepared pudding. Fill cooled eclairs.
Make glaze. Make chocolate glaze following recipe instructions. Dip top of eclairs in glaze, transfer to cooling grid. Let set, about 10 to 20 minutes.
Make icing. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe instructions. Using cocoa powder, tint icing brown (sprinkle powder in about 1 teaspoon at a time until desired color is achieved).
Decorate eclairs. Prepare decorating bag with Easy Blooms tip and buttercream icing. Pipe five flowers on each éclair.
