Start by baking a cake, 1in. high, in the 10.5 in. x 15.5 in. x 1 in. Jelly Roll Pan, using a different color batter from your cupcakes. Cut shapes using cutters.
Fill baking cup 1/3 full with cupcake batter and position your cake shape upright.
Fill the cup 2/3 full, piping batter around cake shape. Bake and cool cupcakes.
Cut open your cupcake or take a bite and find a yummy surprise!
