Candy clusters are so much prettier when you mold them using Candy Melts Candy and the Daisy Silicone Mold! Each candy or nut topping is kept in its own petal shape for an easy-to-make, perfectly-formed flower.
Make molded and topped candies.
Melt desired Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Place mold on cookie sheet. Fill each mold cavity about 1/2 in. high with melted candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove candies from mold. Use melted candy and a disposable decorating bag to attach nut or candy to each petal section. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Make cluster candies.
Fill each mold cavity about 1/2 in. high with melted candy. Immediately position desired candy, nuts, or Candy Melts candy halves in petal areas, trimming as needed. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
