Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Grab your baking sheet, we’ve got an easy one-pan meal everyone in the family will love. Cut up some delicious red and yellow bell peppers with some onion and spices, add your chicken breasts then pop it all in the oven. Just a short time later you’ve got an easy weeknight meal. Serve in warm tortillas with cheese, salsa, sour cream or any other toppings you like.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare baking pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, toss all ingredients until evenly coated. Spread in an even layer on prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring after 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and cheese.
