In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer until fluffy. Add egg; beat until combined. Add molasses; beat until combined. Add flour mixture, beating until just incorporated. Roll rounded tablespoons of dough into balls. Roll in sparkling sugar.
