Cheesy Muffin Tin Potato Tots is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good I made this recipe as is, although I did add one beaten egg to help bind it all together. My family liked these tots fairly well. Next time I will add double or triple the amount of green onions and cheese, but that's just for mine and my family's personal preference. The recipe, as is, is great for a pot luck. I don't have the pan with 48 wells, so I used the 24 well pan. The tots were bigger (more like cups). I will buy the bigger pan! For mixing the ingredients together, I should have used an extra large bowl; I made a mess with just a large mixing bowl. The potatoes baked up perfectly in the recommended amount of time, and I did find it necessary to rotate the pan half way through.
