2 packages (20 ounces each) refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
ranch dressing

Bake 32-36 minutes, rotating pan halfway through baking, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn tots out onto a cooling grid. Garnish with green onions. Serve immediately with ranch salad dressing and ketchup.
