Cheesy Muffin Tin Potato Tots Recipe

It’s never too early to start prepping for game day, and these Muffin Tin Potato Tots are just as good for breakfast as they are for game day snacking! Packed with cheese, green onions and delicious garlic and onion flavors, these potato appetizers are also served with two tasty dipping sauces. Bake these little mini tots in the Mega Mini Muffin Pan to create a whole bunch of bite-sized snacks at once!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare Mega Mini Muffin Pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, mix potatoes, cheese, oil, green onions, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika until evenly combined. Firmly press mixture into prepared pan, filling cups full.

Step 3

Bake 32-36 minutes, rotating pan halfway through baking, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn tots out onto a cooling grid. Garnish with green onions. Serve immediately with ranch salad dressing and ketchup.
