Use thinned icing in cut decorating bag to pipe in areas, using brown for people and rose for skirt; let dry until set.
Make trims. Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to pipe dot eyes, outline mouths and zigzag cuffs.
Use tip 3 and full-strength rose icing to pipe dot cheeks.
Use tip 3 and full-strength red icing to pipe in bow, dot knot and dot buttons.
