In advance: Mold candies using painting or piping method and melted candy. Mold 4 each pumpkin candies and scarecrow lollipops (mold extra lollipops for personalized favors shown). Pipe dot eyes after unmolding. For favor name tags, cut 1 x 2 1/2 in. rectangles in card stock; print names. Punch hole in corner; tie onto lollipop sticks with ribbon. Also: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut 16 turkeys using turkey cutter; cut off tail, leaving just body and head. Bake and cool cookies.
Bake and cool pumpkin and 2-layer round cakes. Prepare for
Separator Plate and Pillar Construction. Prepare corn stalks. Cover pillars with tip 4 vertical lines, working from bottom to top. Pipe 2 or 3 rows of tip 352 pull-out leaves around top; finish with tip 4 lines for ties. For pumpkin, outline side sections and top leaves with tip 4; fill in with tip 16 stars. For stem, stack and attach 2 mini marshmallows with icing; cover with a tip 16 spiral.
For base board, tape three 14 in. cake circles together and wrap with foil. Ice 12 in. cake smooth; position on cake base. Divide cake into 8ths. Use round cutter to imprint 8 circles on sides, centering cutter at division marks and lining up at bottom edge. Mark tail shape with toothpick, continuing circle outer edges straight down. Pipe tip 352 pull-out leaves for feathers, 2 rows in each color; (begin at outer edge and work toward center). Sandwich 2 turkey cookies together using icing; position cut edge at center of tail. Cover cookies with tip 14 stars. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes with tip 1 dot pupils. Add tip 4 pull-out dot feet and beak; with tip 2 outline waddle. For wings, pipe tip 14 shells; overpipe for dimension. Pipe tip 5 ball border between feathers.
At party: Assemble cakes. Position corn stalk pillars on plate; sprinkle both 8 in. plates with coconut. Insert lollipops; attach pumpkin candies with icing.

Adding color details to candies makes them more realistic and much more fun! For large areas of color, it's best to paint the melted candy right in the mold before the whole candy is molded using a decorator brush. Or, for very small details like vines, mouths and messages, melted candy should be piped onto molded candies using a parchment bag with a small hole cut in the tip.
