- Keep frosting covered with a damp cloth until you are ready to decorate. For best results, keep the frosting bowl in the refrigerator when not using. Re-whip before using.
- This buttercream recipe can be made with decaf or full-caff instant coffee granules. It just depends on how much of a kick you are looking for!
- To store: Frosting should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks and can be frozen for up to 6 weeks. Bring back to room temperature and re-whip before using.
