Dip marshmallows.Melt white and light cocoa Candy Melts Candy, separately, according to package directions. Insert 4 in. sticks in each of the four marshmallows per treat. Dip half of the marshmallows in melted white candy and half in light cocoa candy. Each treat will include two marshmallows in each color. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Reserve remaining candy.
Immediately add toppings as follows. For middle two marshmallows, roll sides in desired topping, or for jumbo nonpareils and confetti, place each one to attach to sides. For top and bottom marshmallows, dip sides and one flat end in desired topping. For bottom marshmallow, dip all areas except top in desired topping. Place marshmallows in decorating stand. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Assemble treats. Use reserved melted white candy in cut decorating bag to pipe a circle around each 8 in. lollipop stick, about 5 in. from top. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Twist and slide marshmallows off of 4 in. sticks. Slide onto 8 in. sticks above candy circle, alternating white- and light cocoa-dipped marshmallows. Secure with melted candy on stick and between layers as you build each stack. Place in stand until set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
It's easy to accent dipped candy with fun toppings. Immediately after dipping, roll the candy in your favorite topping and refrigerate. Chopped nuts, Wilton Sprinkles and Nonpareils, shredded coconut or cocoa powder are delicious choices.
