Prepare candy decorations. Fill separate decorating bags with melted candy; cut off small tip just before using. Starting with red, pipe thin layer of candy into mini loaf pan, just covering bottom of pan. Pipe orange on top of red, just covering red candy. Repeat with yellow, blue, green and ending with violet candy. Tap pan on counter to remove air bubbles. Chill until firm, 30 to 40 minutes.
Using remaining red candy, pipe stripe 1 inch wide along 13 inch side of oblong pan. Repeat with remaining orange, yellow, green, blue and violet candy. Repeat sequence until pan is full. Tap pan on counter to remove air bubbles. Chill until candy is firm, 15 to 20 minutes.
Helpful Hint: Pan can be set on a warming tray to avoid premature setting of candy.
