Making uniform cake ball sizes will really help when you decorate pops. All project instructions include the recommended pop size, which is easy to achieve when you use a measuring spoon to attain perfect portions.
Options:
Small:
1 tablespoon makes a 1-1/4 in. diameter ball. One recipe makes 48 small cake balls.
Medium:
2 tablespoons make a 1-1/2 in. diameter ball. One recipe makes 24 medium cake balls.
Large:
3 tablespoons make a 1-3/4 in. diameter ball. One recipe makes 16 large cake balls.
