Prepare small and medium cake balls (2 of each size per kabob) and insert a 4 in. stick in each, following recipe. Chill. .
Dip in melted candy. Place in Decorating Stand until almost set (1-2 minutes). Roll in various toppings. Let set. .
Use melted candy in cut parchment bag to pipe a candy ring about 4 in. from top on 11 3/4 in. sticks. Chill until firm then overpipe; let set. .
Twist balls off of 4 in. sticks and slide onto 11 3/4 in. sticks, alternating sizes. Secure top and bottom treats with melted candy.
