Bake and cool cakes. Position cakes on cooling grid over waxed paper.

Divide icing and tint rose, yellow, black and violet. Reserve some white.

Gently heat rose and yellow icing to pouring consistency. Pour icing over cakes; tap grid lightly to spread icing evenly. Let dry on waxed paper.

Pipe inside of ears using tip 3 and white icing. Sprinkle on nonpareils. Gently shake off excess.

Pipe dot eyes using tip 2 and black icing.
