Rated 4 out of 5 by SimplySara from I made a blossom bouquet with cookies decorated in buttercream, marshmallow fondant, and royal icing. They came out cute. The difficulty I had was to keep the larger, heavier cookies from spinning around in the pot. A little floral clay helped keep them in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Saja from The bugs and blossoms cookies were the project for a cale decorating class at a 4-H day camp this summer. The kids loved baking the cookies and were very creative in their decorations. Icing the cookies took a little more time as the outlines needed time to set and dry before adding the inside colors. When dry, each cookie was inserted in a clear baggy and tied with a ribbon. Then the cookies were set in tin buckets filled with dry beans. To make changing bags easier, I make packets of icing wrapped in plastic wrap. When I needed more icing,I took out the empty packet. Then I just cut off an end of a new packet and dropped it into the bag. Makes cleanup a lot easier too.
