Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Prepare Mega Oven Griddle Pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

Arrange bacon in a single layer on prepared pan. In medium bowl, stir together sugar, mustard and chili powder. Sprinkle over bacon.

Step 3

Bake 10 minutes, rotate pan, and bake 5-8 minutes longer until bacon is golden brown and reaches desired degree of doneness. Carefully remove bacon from pan to cooling grid and let cool 5 minutes; bacon will continue to crisp slightly as it cools. Serve warm.
