Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream.
For bow loops, use Rotary Cutter and Slide-N-Cut? Edge Cutter to cut five strips, 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 in., from bright yellow, bright pink and bright green Sugar Sheets! Loop and attach ends together with Piping Gel. Cut ends to form a point.
For center loop, use Rotary Cutter to cut 1/2 in. x 3/4 in. strips from Sugar Sheets! Loop and attach ends together with Piping Gel. Lay on sides to dry.
Position loops outward on the cupcake with ends facing the center.
