Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream.
For bow loops, use Rotary Cutter and Slide-N-Cut Edge Cutter to cut five strips, 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 in., from bright yellow, bright pink and bright green Sugar Sheets™. Loop and attach ends together with Piping Gel. Cut ends to form a point.
For center loop, use Rotary Cutter to cut 1/2 in. x 3/4 in. strips from Sugar Sheets™. Loop and attach ends together with Piping Gel. Lay on sides to dry.
Position loops outward on the cupcake with ends facing the center.
Attach center loop to cupcake with piping gel.
