In advance, mold a variety of heart candies (10 needed to fill each heart) and message heart candy (from lollipop mold) for box top; refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Tint cookie dough rose; cut top and bottom box cookies with Comfort-Grip cutter; bake and cool.
Edge top cookie with scallop using red candy in cut bag; attach heart candy.
Tape satin ribbon around metal heart cutter; position cutter on bottom cookie.
Pipe tip 5 beads around cutter with melted candy, stiffened with a few drops of water; let set.
Place remaining candies in party bags.
