These delicate and airy Baby Blue and Pink Meringue Wreath cookies are perfect for a baby shower or wedding shower. Prepare batter. Prepare meringue batter following recipe instructions. Divide into three equal portions. Using Pink icing color, tint one portion pink. Using Royal Blue icing color, tint one portion blue. Tint remaining portion dark blue using color combination provided. Combine Royal Blue and Rose icing colors to get dark blue color shown.
Prepare baking sheet. On backside of parchment paper cut to fit cookie sheet, draw 3½ in. circles, spacing 3 in. apart. Turn over; secure corners of paper to cookie sheet with small dots meringue batter.
Pipe cookies. Prepare decorating bags separately with tips 1B, 1G, 2C and 2F. Fill separately with pink, blue and dark blue batter. Pipe stars and swirl drop flowers, following circles, alternating colors.
