Dip cake pops. Transfer remaining white candy to deep bowl. Drizzle small amount of tinted candy over white candy. Holding stick of cake pop, dip pop into candy, turning stick clockwise to swirl candy; lift straight out of bowl. Carefully tap off excess candy; place pops in stand. Add more tinted candy as needed. Chill until set, about 20 minutes.
Makes about 48 cake pops.
Helpful Hint: If candy gets too marbled, spoon off mixed candy from top or add more white candy and re-drizzle blue and green candy.
