Make flowers. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Use tip 103
and white royal icing to make 40 wild roses with white Sugar Pearl centers. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry 24 hours on cake board.

Bake and cool 6 in. round cake. Cake
is two layers, 5 in. high (two 2 1/2 in. layers) Place cake on foil-wrapped 6 in. cake circle. Position cake on cake pedestal.
Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint light sky blue. Use spatula and blue icing to ice cake smooth.
Decorate cake. Use tip 2 and blue buttercream icing to attach blue Sugar Pearls to cake sides, starting 1 in. below top edge and spacing 1 1/2 in. apart.
Use tip 3 and white royal icing to attach wild roses together in pairs, back to back. Make 12 sets. Use tip 3 dots of blue icing to attach upright around top edge of cake. Use tip
3 dots of icing to attach single wild roses to base of cake, with bottom half hanging below pedestal edge.
