- Make cake. Bake and cool two 6 in. layers. Trim, level and ice for a 6 x 4 in. high cake
- Prepare sprinkle mix. Combine sprinkles, omitting candy corn confetti and black sugars. Apply to bottom sides of cake
- Decorate cake top. Position cat cookie cutter in center of cake top. Fill in cutter with black sugars. Smooth with finger. Carefully lift cutter away.
