This technique is wonderful easy to work with. The sheets are very flexible to work with. I recommend this technique very much. Easier than working with fondant and gum paste and looks very good.

This was very simple to make and decorate. The new sugar sheets are very easy to work with. The punches worked really good and the taste isnt bad either. Its for a party tonight. Even Children could do this without a problem. Its great for all ages or levels of cake decorating. The only thing I think could be improved is to make a larger oval. I think it should come in 3 sizes also.
