Decorate cake pops. Remelt candy according to package instructions. Dip entire donut hole into melted candy, tapping lightly on side of glass to remove excess. Place on waxed paper-covered board. Repeat with remaining treats. Chill until set, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Using black FoodWriter marker, draw dashes on donut pop. Attach icing decoration using small amount of melted candy.
