Rated 5 out of 5 by Cake Decorator Diva from I would also recommend using the push-in spiked pillars for this cake and also the column/plate separation methods for this cake. I feel these methods are more stable. You may also for something different stack the two tiers. If a larger cake is needed, just add more tiers. Change the color if desired to match the color scheme of the event/party. I plan to make this cake for my birthday party. Sweet peas are my favorite piped flowers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grnymac from This is a sweet and pretty simple cake! I practiced the flowers on cookies before I started decorating the cake. I thought it would be nice for my birthday and everyone loved it! I made one 9" cake and my sweetpeas a fushia color. My only problem was placing the flowers in the perfect positions. Next time I will mark all the spots with a little arrow using a toothpick (for which way to draw them). I think it will be a sweet design for baby showers, birthdays, valentines with red sweetpeas. Probably one I will fall back on often. Worth trying even for a beginner!
