Bearing Gifts of Roses Candy Mold

Step 1
One day in advance, prepare roses. Use tip 101, Tip 4 for base and flower nail and rose royal icing to make 5-petal roses. Let dry on parchment paper.
Step 2
Place Giant Gummy Mold on cookie sheet. Melt light cocoa candy according to packaging, fill mold and refrigerate to set.
Step 3
For base, position largest circle from cutter set on cookie sheet, fill 2/3rds full with melted white candy; let set in refrigerator. Unmold when set and attach jumbo hearts candy around edges with melted candy in parchment bag.
Step 4
Unmold two bear pieces. Use tip 3 and white royal icing to pipe eyes (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Use tip 3 and black royal icing to pipe pupils.
Step 5
To assemble bear, pipe melted light cocoa candy on edges of one side of bear and attach to the other piece; hold together. Attach bear to platform with melted candy.
Step 6
Attach roses to bear?s hand with pink royal icing. Use tip 352 and green royal icing to pipe leaves.
