Position petals around circle. For flower center, cut two yellow circles using punch with largest Layered Circles Cutting Insert. Sandwich circles with piping gel. Cut white eyes using narrow end of tip 10; attach. Use FoodWriter to draw pupils and smile. Position over petals.
