Melt Candy Melts Candy according to package instructions. Use an angled spatula or decorator brush to coat the inside of a baking cup with melted Candy Melts. Coat the cup thick enough so that no paper can be seen.
Place coated cup on cookie sheet and chill until set. If you need a more upright cup shape, place the baking cup in a muffin pan for added support, then coat and chill in pan. For a fluted effect, or similar shape, use balls of foil to hold coated cup in desired shape.
Unmold by carefully peeling away the baking cup from the shell. Now cup is ready to be filled with your choice of filling—candy, dipped fruit, sherbet, ice cream, pudding, nuts.
Note: For a different look, use a Brioche Pan. Follow the same instructions but without the baking cups. Once chilled, the shell can just be lifted out of the pan, ready for your favorite filling.
