circle cookie cutter and one using medium round Cut-Out. Bake and
Outline with tip 2 and full-strength icing; let dry. Flow in with
thinned icing. Let dry. With full-strength icing, pipe tip 2 outline stitching
and attach cookies to stick. Tie bow around stick.
