Decorate the mitten cookie. Use green icing and star tip to pipe diagonal line at the ?thumb.? Alternate to red icing with star tip and continue pattern until cookie is covered. Use white decorating icing and star tip to pipe 3 rosettes creating the cuff of the mitten.
Decorate the wreath. Use green icing to pipe star decorations around the edge of the cookie moving inward to create the ?wreath? shape. Roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut bow shape, using fingers to smooth edges. Use wide end of star decorating tip to imprint the bow?s ?knot? in the center.
