Use rolling pin to roll out bottom crust on flour-dusted surface, 1/16 in. thick. Use knife to chop up apple pie filling in a mixing bowl. Place 1 tablespoon portions of filling on crust, about 1 1/2 in. from edge and 3 in. apart. (Standard-size pie crust holds six portions of filling.) - Place top crust.
