Dip apples. Melt light cocoa and dark cocoa Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Use tongs to dip slices into melted light cocoa or dark cocoa candy, about 2/3 deep. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. For drizzled apples, place wedges on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
