In large bowl, beat almond butter, sugar, egg, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, vanilla and almond extract with electric mixer until well-combined. Drop by heaping tablespoon on cookie pan. Using fork, lightly press tines into cookie to create crisscross pattern. Sprinkle cookies with remaining 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Cool on pan on cooling grid 5 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling grid; cool completely.
