Decorate cupcakes Using white icing and ruffle technique, pipe two rows of ruffles on each cupcake. On half of the cupcakes, use pink icing to pipe two rows of ruffles on top of the white ruffles. Top with peach rosettes.
Switch tip 18 to pink bag and tip 104 to peach bag. Using peach icing, pipe two rows of ruffles on top of white ruffles on remaining cupcakes and top with pink rosettes.
