Bake cookies. You will need two cookies per treat. Prepare dough and roll out 3/16 in. thick. Cut using second largest (4 1/4 in.) cutter from set.
Invert ball pan and spray with vegetable pan spray. Drape dough over every other pan cavity, pressing to smooth surface. Bake 10-14 minutes, or until firm and golden brown. Cool pan on cooling grid 10 minutes. Carefully loosen bottom edges of pan using spatula.
Cover cookies with candy. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Position cookies on cooling grid placed over waxed paper. Cover cookies with melted candy. Immediately sprinkle with flaked coconut. Chill until firm.
Fill treats. Fill one cookie with malted milk balls.
Make piñata treats. Use melted white candy and a cut parchment bag to pipe a line around rim of candy-filled cookie; attach second cookie. Use melted white candy and a cut parchment bag to pipe an additional line around edge. Chill until firm.
