Tint portions of buttercream blue, yellow, rose, violet, green; reserve some white. Divide fondant and tint to match. Roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut a 1 x 6 1/2 in. strip for each cake. Brush back with damp brush and attach around covered cake, trimming length if needed. Use buttercream to pipe tip 104 roses with tip 12 bases; position on cakes using Flower Lifter. Tint reserved white buttercream brown; pipe tip 2 initial on front of cakes.
