Prepare cake boards and 2-layer cakes for Towering Tier assembly following instructions in Towering Tiers Cake and Dessert Stand package using 8, 12 and 16 in. plates.
Prepare cakes for fondant covering by lightly icing in buttercream;
cover cakes in white fondant.
Tint remaining fondant ivory.
Cut 4 in. long x 1/2 in. wide strips and attach to cake sides 1 in. apart.
Brush strips with pearl dust.
Using ivory buttercream icing, pipe tip 3 beads between strips at bottom border
At reception, place decorated cakes on stand. Arrange fresh flowers using flower spikes.
