In advance: Make layered flowers using punch with inserts. Cut 35 large, 48 medium and 83 small single layers. Use Flower Forming Cups to mold additional cups from foil wrappers. Let flowers dry overnight in cups. Use dry brush to apply Pearl Dust to define petals, brushing from center to outer edge. Assemble flowers by piping dots of piping gel between layers. Make 40 large flowers using one each large, medium and small. Make eight medium flowers using one
each large and small. Make 24 small flowers using one each medium and small.
Bake and cool 2-layer cakes. Ice smooth. Prepare for
Stacked Construction. Pipe tip 6 bead bottom borders. Pipe a tip 6 icing mound on cake top. Arrange two small and four large flowers on mound. Attach remaining flowers to cake sides and base using icing.
