Step 2

Pipe tip 5 dot eyeballs, cheeks and nose, shape with finger dipped in cornstarch.

Step 3

Add tip 1 dot pupils. Pipe tip 2 bead lips and cross on cap.

Step 4

Add tip 1 modified zig zag line over lips.
