Bake cupcakes in Snowflake or Christmas Themed Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Tint 1 cup icing with Kelly Green Icing Color. Ice cupcakes smooth with white icing using Spatula.
Pipe wreath around edge of cupcake using a zigzag motion with green icing and Round Decorating Tip 3. Repeat piping step to add height and dimension to wreath. Sprinkle wreath with Christmas Nonparelis.
For bow, roll out a spice drop on a surface sprinkled with granulated sugar to make a ¾ x 3 inch long strip. Cut strip in half to make two 1 ½ inch long pieces. Fold each piece in half to form a loop, then position on cupcake. Cut another spice drop in half and place between the two loops to finish bow.
