Cut and bake cookies according to package directions.
For violet shoes use tip 3 and full-strength violet color flow icing; for orange shoes use tip 3 and full-strength orange color flow icing to outline and pipe-in shoes (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Let dry about 4 hours.
Use tip 3 and full-strength black icing to pipe laces and heel and sole designs on shoes; let dry.
Attach candy stick to back of cookie with full-strength color flow icing.
