  1. Pipe windows. Prepare royal icing following package instructions (¼ cup needed); tint black. Cut small hole in tip of decorating bag; fill with black icing. Pipe windows. Smooth with spatula. Let dry about 30 minutes.
  2. Decorate sides of house.Using white icing, cover each side of house, one at a time. Smooth with spatula. Cover in white sparkling sugars.
  3. Decorate top of house. Using white icing, cover roof of house. Smooth with spatula. Cover in silver pearlized sugar.
  4. Add window detail. Prepare decorating bag with coupler and white icing. Using tip 2, pipe window panes; dividing each window horizontally and vertically. Switch to tip 5. Pipe outline on top and sides of each window. Let crust over, about 5 to 10 minutes. Pipe bottom outline on windows, as well as window pane around window on door. Immediately sprinkle bottom outline and window on door with gold pearlized sugar. Reserve remaining icing for next step.
  5. Tint sprinkles for door frame. Pour white nonpareils in small plastic bag or bowl. Add some lemon extract and silver Pearl Dust. Mix to coat nonpareils. Using reserved icing, pipe door frame; cover with tinted nonpareils.

    Attach gold Sugar Pearl door knob to door with dot of icing. Also attach gold Sugar Pearls to front of house and around side and back windows.

  6. Pipe trees. Cut medium hole in tip of decorating bag. Fill with white icing. Place house on platter or serving tray. Pipe mound of icing at each corner of house, wider at bottom and narrowing at top. Cover with silver and white Sugar Pearls.
