Layered cookie design turns Frosty into a triple treat! Simple rounds
are covered with Color Flow icing. The colorful dots are piped onto
the green icing while it?s fresh so they sink a bit and blend right in.
In advance: Prepare and roll out dough. Cut
cookies using largest and second smallest circle
cutters and round ornament cutter from set. Trim
off hanger from ornament for snowman. Bake
and cool cookies.
Cover cookies. Outline
snowman and small circle cookie with tip 3. Flow
in with thinned icing in cut parchment bag. Let
set. Outline large circle cookie with tip 8. Prepare
various colors of thinned icing and place in
parchment bags. Flow in green background then
immediately pipe colored dots. Let dry overnight.
Place snowman on waxed paper-covered board.
Build up tip 3 hat. Pipe tip 3 outline hat band
and dot pompom (smooth with finger dipped in
cornstarch). Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and nose. Pipe tip
1 dot mouth. Pipe tip 47 outline scarf; score edges
with craft knife for fringe. Let dry. Stack and
attach cookies with icing.
