HOWEVER I HAD TO DO SOME CUPCAKES FOR CHURCH, I HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT, SO I OPENED THE CONTAINER AND YES IT HAD A NOT SO NICE SMELL AND SO VERY THICK. BUT I ADDED MY FLAVORING, COLORING AND A LITTLE BIT OF MILK AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. I USED A TIP TO DECORATE WITH AND THE TASTE WAS GREAT. MY FAMILY TASTE TESTED BEFORE I APPLIED TO THE CUP CAKES, AND THEY THOUGHT IT TASTE GREAT. NO COMPLAINTS FROM THE CHURCH, JUST COMPLIMENTS. WILL FOR SURE USE IT AGAIN.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I opened my first can of icing and when I tasted it, I almost gagged! It had a strong chemical taste like the cheap canned icing found in supermarkets only stronger. In a pinch, I will use this icing to demonstrate in classes, but I certainly won't eat it or apply it to anything anyone else will eat. Also, I noticed that when my students thinned the icing, it looked thick, but acted like very thin icing.
