Prepare top three cakes for stacked construction; position on 11 in. base board. Use piping gel with parchment paper to transfer side scroll pattern to sides of 6 in. cake. Use royal icing to cover marks with tip 1 swirls and random dots. Decorate sides of other three tiers with tip 1 clusters of 6-petal bead flowers, leaves, dots and swirls. Shape a fondant mound 2 in. x 5 in.; position on 6 in. cake. Use thinned fondant adhesive to attach seven large, 13 medium and 25 small flowers. Insert twist legs in marked areas. Attach 12 large and 12 medium flowers around legs, using fondant balls to vary angles. .
