Outline and flow in cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions; tint portions red-red/ black combination (for dark red), red-red/orange combination (for light red), orange and black; reserve some white.
Use tip 3 and full-strength icing to outline white face and dark red hat. Let dry, 1 to 2 hours. Use thinned white and dark red icings in cut parchment bags to flow in face and hat. Let dry 24 hours on parchment paper- covered cake board.
