In advance: Tint 1/4 cup of candy green; tint remainder blue. Mold candy shells in Mini Ball Pan. Use patterns to mark continents around candy shells with a toothpick. Use melted candy in cut parchment bag to outline and pipe in continents. Let set. Fill bottom half with chocolates and icing decoration. Use melted candy to attach top half; attach topper.
