Mix 5 packages of dry fruit gelatin with 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin thoroughly before adding water.
Add only the water amount for the 5 packages of gelatin; do not add water for unflavored gelatin.
Lightly spray pan with vegetable spray.
Place about 1/2 teaspoon prepared gelatin in each diamond indentation.
Cut pineapple slices to fit and place in diamond-shape gelatin area. Let set in refrigerator about 30 minutes.
Carefully add remainder of gelatin to mold and refrigerate overnight.
Unmold and garnish with pineapple top, pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
