Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely delicious and super easy! I mix this up half and half for a variation with 1/2 of the mixture with toffee and the other 1/2 with chopped pecans. After I dip the balls in the candy melts I roll the pecan balls in toffee pieces and the toffee balls in chopped pecans. To make your truffles professional looking, I buy chopped pecans as they are very uniform in sizing and make your candies prettier! Pecan chips can also be used!
