Tied & Trimmed Treats! Cake Pops is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these for Valentines and they were a big hit with everyone! I used a strawberry cake mix, which was very tasty! The many choices of valentines sprinkles made them look very nice! I used my food processor to chop the cake very fine then added the icing. To make it easier to dip the pops, I put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes after they were shaped and I had inserted the stick. I only worked with a few at a time so they stayed cold. I used the Wilton Chocolate Pro Melting Pot for the chocolate. This made it very simple to dip the pops. When they set up, I put them in the Wilton clear party bags so they stayed fresh and all the work I put into them was visible! These are simple, fun treats to make, they just took me a little longer than I thought they would. I am planning to make more with Easter theme!
